Vendor Agreement

Desert River Events will make every attempt to comply with requests for exhibit space locations on a "first come first serve basis." Location assignments will be made solely at the discretion of Desert River Events staff. Desert River Events makes no warranties concerning the profitability of this show or the amount of shoppers expected to attend.

Vendor Hours

Friday 5:30 am – 10 pm
Saturday 5:30 am – 10 pm
Sunday 5:30 am – 3 pm

Set-Up

Begins Wednesday, October 28th and October 29th. 7am to 8 pm

Tear Down

No sooner than 3 pm on Sunday, November 1st. All vendors must be off festival grounds by Noon on Monday, November 10th.

Booth Requirements

Liability Insurance — Required

All exhibitors must secure a Certificate of Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 General Aggregate Liability and $2,000,000 Per Occurrence, covering October 30th – November 1st, 2026, with Desert River Events listed as Additional Insured.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required within 24 hours after the contract is signed to secure your vendor space. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your reserved space.

I will indemnify, defend, and hold Desert River Events, its officers, agents, servants, and employees harmless from any and all claims for loss, damage, injury, or liability resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this event.

Bullhead City Business License Required

During the festival, each vendor must display either their current Bullhead City Business License or Temporary Special Event Business License. If you do not have one, Desert Canyon Events will process this on your behalf — an additional $31.20 (includes all fees) will be charged.
